Tested, Proven Messaging

In 2015, Franklin & Marshall College assessed how it talked about its strengths, priorities, and plans with key constituencies in the context of its newly launched comprehensive fundraising campaign. Building on existing data and work, we undertook extensive research, discovery, and quantitative and qualitative assessment, testing our messages for resonance among Rutgers alumni and friends. The resulting messaging framework enabled us to articulate our most important messages and combination of messages during record years for fundraising and alumni participation.
