Cheri Beasley: Rutgers Hall of Distinguished Alumni

Rutgers Hall of Distinguished Alumni celebrates alumni of exceptional accomplishment and connection to the university. The university generally inducts three new members annually. I led the rebranding of this effort in 2019, repositioning HDA and its members as embodiments of Rutgers' highest ideals. The same year, we inducted Cheri Beasley, then the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina (now a U.S. Senate candidate). I ran production on the video linked here and conducted the interview--perhaps the most inspiring of my career.
